Bifold Doors

Bolton Joinery can supply and fit bi fold doors in Bolton, Manchester and Wigan.

A bi-fold door will take up half the space when opening because it folds in half which means they are ideal for small bathrooms, cupboards, airing cupboards, under stairs, utility rooms, etc.

Sealing services

Varnishing Internal Door

When we varnish a door it is firstly sealed with sanding sealer and rubbed down, varnished with 2 coats.

Painted doors are always primed, rubbed down and undercoated before the final coat is applied.

Sealing

It is strongly recommended that once any door has been fitted it is 'sealed'. This is usually paint or varnish but other treatments can be used such as oil or wax. We can use any of these treatments to a very high standard, please ask. Depending on the moisture in your home a door may react in different ways. Obviously, uPVC doors don't need sealing.
